Our policy is to treat all customers as fairly and honestly as possible.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Pricing information.

All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate (Where applicable). Cost of delivery is as shown or as agreed.

Order confirmation and order validation.

We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.


We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Your account will be debited as your order is placed. Alternatively we can accept cheques made payable to "Lockwood International Ltd" and sent to the following address:-

Delivery of goods.

We endeavour to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery is subject to Royal Mail or other couriers delivery schedules.

All items will require a signature on delivery.

We will provide proof of delivery on request.

This signature will be be considered proof of delivery at the stated delivery address regardless of who signs for the item. So please check with other members of staff/familiy who may sign for deliveries.

It will be your responsibility to contest the validity of a signature with Royal Mail or the delivery company.

Returns policy.

Returns must reach us within 21 days of purchase in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, accompanied by Lockwood’s original invoice relating to the goods and a note stating the reason for return along with your name & address.

Items that have been fitted to a vehicle cannot be refunded without prior agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTE When returning sill protectors:

Our sill protectors are packed and dispatched in a way which prevents the faces from touching each other.

Sill protectors MUST be re-packed so that the faces of them do not touch each other. This is acheived by packing them back to back and sealing the polyhtene packaging.

If sills are returned scratched or damged due to incorrect packing we will not refund.

The correct postage must be applied to the return as we are not responsible for paying additional postage costs/charges to recover items being held by Royal Mail or other couriers for this reason.

Return postage will be offered at varying rates by different delivery providers. But please be aware that cheaper options are not usually guarenteed or tracked. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of itemes returned by economy services. It is the senders responsibility to ensure a tracking number is obtained for proof of delivery.

Your return address should be clearly displayed on the package before posting.

A 15% handling/administration fee may be applied.

Postage will only be refunded for parts incorrectly dispatched.

Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods meeting the requirements of these terms and conditions.

A refund cannot be made for returned items which are lost in transit.

Proof of delivery (not proof of postage) may be required.

 Damaged/ faulty or incorrect goods dispatched.

If the goods have been damaged in transit, are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied - Please contact us before sending the goods back. We require your personal details, so that we can contact you, along with a brief explanation of the problem. NOTE: Please inform us of goods damaged in transit within seven days of receiving them. Beyond this period we will be unable to accept responsibility.

Products to be made to order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we are given specific and accurate details relating to dials, or other products, that are to be made to order.
We cannot produce items from your own artwork or files.
We will not supply artwork files for use by anyone else.
We will provide a pdf image of the design for approval before final production commences.
We reserve the right to refuse to make or produce items, artwork and designs at our discretion.

Trade discount is not applicable on made to order items.

Goods made to order cannot be returned for a refund. (See customer responsibility note below).

Confidentiality of personal details: 

Personal details are held in confidence. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and that any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you email information related to your order.

Customer Responsibility.

All products of Lockwood International Ltd. are sold on a ‘supply only’ basis. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure, before fitting, that any product purchased is correct and suitable for the vehicle into which or onto which it is being fitted. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check that the goods are suitable for the purpose to which they are to be put. Trade Customers. 

Qualification for trade discount can be applied on the third order (or an initial order of three dial faces or sill sets) All orders thereafter will qualify for the trade discount if requested.
