Our Terms & Conditions
 Our policy is to treat all customers as fairly and honestly as possible. Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.
1 Pricing information: All prices displayed include V.A.T. at 17.5% if applicable. Cost of delivery is as shown.
2. Order confirmation and order validation: We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.
3. Payment: We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Your account will be debited as your order is placed. Alternatively we can accept cheques made payable to "Lockwood International Ltd" and sent to the following address:- Lockwood International Ltd. Unit 7, Croydon Street. Domestic Street Industrial Estate, Leeds LS11 9RT.
4. Delivery of goods: We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days. 5. Customer feedback and enquiries: We are always open to suggestions to help us to improve our service. If you have any comments you can contact us by e-mailing sales@lockwoodinternational.co.uk or telephone on 0113 2440070, or write to:- ‘Lockwood International Ltd’ and send to the following address:- Lockwood International Ltd. 6. Returns/Refund policy: We are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase that, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a money back guarantee if the product is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.
6.1 Damaged/ faulty or incorrect goods dispatched If the goods have been damaged in transit by the courier, are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied - Please contact us before sending they goods back and include your personal details along with a brief explanation of the problem. NOTE: Please inform us of goods damaged in transit within seven days of receiving them. Beyond this period we will be unable to accept responsibility.
7. Confidentiality of personal details: Personal details are held confidence. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and that any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you email bulletins (If requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details.
8. IMPORTANT: All products are supplied on a DIY fit basis, fitting guidelines are provided in most cases. All items carry a minimum one-year warranty from the date of purchase and we are happy to replace or repair any faulty product during the warranty period. If you choose to have any of our product professionally installed we will not be held responsible for any costs involved during or after the warranty period. If you are not happy with this or any other of the above policies, please do not purchase.
