(or 5 inch x 16 inch)        This woven stainless steel wire mesh is referred to in the car trade as '3 mesh' which means 3 holes to the inch. You can get an idea of the size of the holes in the mesh by comparing them with the 50 pence piece in the picture.  The grade of stainless steel is 316, the best you can get, perfect for car radiator grilles and vents.
